‘Give Me A Minute’ is a digital dance film and sound project, that gives an intimate insight into the mind and heart of an introverted woman and mother, focussing on what’s often unsaid and difficult to express through usual conversation. The films highlight the emotional and mental struggles of motherhood and female introversion, expressing feelings of isolation, anxieties and insecurities that we often face. They also address stigmas around body image, expectations and pressure on women, from external forces and from within ourselves, acknowledging the physical insecurities ingrained in us by the dance and performance industry.
